摘要:
The authors have undertaken an impressive retrospective analysis of the impacts of computer-based decision conferences on organizational decision making. Much research attention has been given to design and evaluation of decision conferences and other group decision support systems, but this is the first study to examine the long-term impacts of using computer-based procedures for strategic-level organizational decision making. The authors' methodology is innovative and the findings insightful.
