摘要

This study investigated the influence of managerial and organizational factors on the extent to which top executives accurately perceive environmental instability and environmental munificence. Environmental scanning and centralization affected perceptions of instability; work history diversity, team tenure, and environmental scanning affected perceptions of munificence. Implications are discussed and ideas about future research avenues are presented.
