摘要:Since the introduction of fiducial inference by Fisher in the 1930s, its application has been largely confined to relatively simple, parametric problems. In this paper, we present what might be the first time fiducial inference is systematically applied to estimation of a nonparametric survival function under right censoring. 摘要:We propose a linear-time, single-pass, top-down algorithm for multiple testing on directed acyclic graphs, where nodes represent hypotheses and edges specify a partial ordering in which the hypotheses must be tested. 摘要:We consider the problem of designing experiments for estimating a target parameter in regression analysis when there is uncertainty about the parametric form of the regression function.
