摘要:We introduce a natural generalization of Hammersley's Last-Passage Percolation (LPP) called Entropy-controlled Last-Passage Percolation (E-LPP), where points can be collected by paths with a global (path-entropy) constraint which takes into account the whole structure of the path, instead of a local (1-Lipschitz) constraint as in Hammersley's LPP. 摘要:We prove a stochastic representation formula for the viscosity solution of Dirichlet terminal-boundary value problem for a degenerate Hamilton- Jacobi-Bellman integro-partial differential equation in a bounded domain. We show that the unique viscosity solution is the value function of the associated stochastic optimal control problem. We also obtain the dynamic programming principle for the associated stochastic optimal control problem in a bounded domain.

摘要:We consider the one-dimensional KPP-equation driven by space-time white noise. We show that for all parameters above the critical value for survival, there exist stochastic wavelike solutions which travel with a deterministic positive linear speed. We further give a sufficient condition on the initial condition of a solution to attain this speed. 摘要:The Bouchaud-Anderson model (BAM) is a generalisation of the parabolic Anderson model (PAM) in which the driving simple random walk is replaced by a random walk in an inhomogeneous trapping landscape; the BAM reduces to the PAM in the case of constant traps. 摘要:We derive two estimates for the deviation of the N-particle, hard-spheres Kac process from the corresponding Boltzmann equation, measured in expected Wasserstein distance.
