摘要：This study explores the role of representative bureaucracy in buffering the impact of adverse policy environments on immigrants' access to public benefits. 摘要：Numerous studies assess how politicians control and shape bureaucracy. Yet, how politicians' behavior affects the norms and behaviors of bureaucrats through role modeling has not been studied.
