摘要：In this paper, we consider a parametric family of convex inequality systems in the Euclidean space, with an arbitrary infinite index set, T, and convex constraints depending continuously on a parameter ranging in a separable metric space. 摘要：We consider decentralized control of Markov decision processes and give complexity bounds on the worst-case running time for algorithms that find optimal solutions. Generalizations of both the fully observable case and the partially observable case that allow for decentralized control are described. 摘要：We propose for risk-sensitive control of finite Markov chains a counterpart of the popular Q-learning algorithm for classical Markov decision processes. The algorithm is shown to converge with probability one to the desired solution. The proof technique is an adaptation of the o.d.e. approach for the analysis of stochastic approximation algorithms, with most of die work involved used for the analysis of the specific o.d.e.s. that arise.
