摘要:This work investigates the problem of decentralized output-feedback sliding mode control (SMC) for a class of large-scale systems under the requirement of finite-time boundedness (FTB). The regular form of sliding mode based on coordinate transformation, instead of the equivalent control method, is utilized to analyze the global FTB over both the reaching and sliding phases. Moreover, time-varying bounds of states over the operating interval are obtained, which is essential for the design of d...

摘要:This article addresses the consensus problem of linear discrete-time multiagent systems (MASs) under the conditions of input constraints and bounded time-varying communication delays. We propose a novel consensus framework for such constrained MASs that incorporates an offline optimal consensus design for unconstrained systems to achieve optimal consensus convergence, along with an online robust distributed model predictive control (DMPC) to accommodate constraints. Our framework accomplishes ...

摘要:We consider a distributed personalized optimization problem over a network of nodes whose cost functions depend on a decision variable consisting of two parts: global (shared) part and local (node-specific) part. This problem structure arises in several important scenarios, where the global part captures the common feature among nodes and the local part represents the personalized feature. To solve this problem, we develop a flexible algorithmic framework employing personalized distributed sto...

摘要:Designing fast, distributed algorithms for multiagent problems is vital for many novel application domains. Greedy algorithms have been shown in many multiagent contexts to be an efficient approach to arrive at good solutions quickly. In this work, we ask the following: Is there any way to improve the performance of greedy algorithms without sacrificing the linear run-time guarantees? For this, we take inspiration from incentive design in the game-theoretic literature. In this work, we conside...

摘要:In this article, we study the problem of uniform local and global asymptotic stabilization of the origin for nonlinear discrete-time control systems with periodic coefficients via state feedback. It is assumed that the origin of the free dynamic system is Lyapunov stable. The approach is based on the Krasovsky-La Salle invariance principle for discrete-time periodic systems. The stabilizing control law is constructed by means of applying bounded feedback design technique previously developed f...

摘要:This article is concerned with consensus for heterogeneous multiagent systems under distributed nonlinear control protocol. Based on general Lyapunov functions beyond the quadratic form, a less conservative consensus criterion is proposed in the presence of only a directed spanning tree. Then, the consensus problem for polynomial systems can be converted into a sum-of-squares programming problem, yielding polynomial Lyapunov functions efficiently to realize the consensus criterion verification...

摘要:In this article, we study a data-driven control method for the robust output regulation problem. The method exploits the parameterization property of a system from the observed data that do not necessarily satisfy the persistently exciting condition for system identification. It is based on a data informativity theory, which infers a system property for designing a controller for a whole family of systems (including the true system) that can generate the same observed data. The new idea is to ...

摘要:In recent years, the synchronization problem of dynamical networks under adaptive intermittent control has been extensively studied, but it has not been well solved up to now. In this article, we further investigate this problem. The updating laws adopted here is simpler than that in much of the literature. First, boundedness of the adaptive control gain is proved to ensure practicality of adaptive control. Then, synchronization criteria for dynamical networks under adaptive intermittent contr...

摘要:A novel model predictive control strategy is proposed to determine an optimal control signal, which steers the states of a constraint piecewise affine system to a desired target point through suboptimal state trajectories, based on quadratic performance criteria. In piecewise affine systems, the number of possible switching sequences grows exponentially with the length of the prediction horizon that leads to multiple trajectories in the receding horizon strategy; and should be considered in ca...

摘要:Distributionally robust control (DRC) aims to effectively manage distributional ambiguity in stochastic systems. While most existing works address inaccurate distributional information in fully observable settings, we consider a partially observable DRC problem for discrete-time linear systems using the Wasserstein metric. For a tractable solution, we propose a novel approximation method exploiting the Gelbrich bound of the Wasserstein distance. Using techniques from modern distributionally ro...
