摘要:This article presents a new version of the Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov lemma for linear systems with their states constrained in proper cones. Based on this lemma, two important applications are introduced. One is the stabilization controller design to satisfy the spectral radius performance while preserving cone invariance. 摘要:This article introduces the first observer-based periodic event-triggered control (PETC) and self-triggered control (STC) for boundary control of a class of parabolic partial differential equations (PDEs) using PDE backstepping control. We introduce techniques to convert a certain class of continuous-time event-triggered control into PETC and STC, eliminating the need for continuous evaluation of the triggering function. 摘要:This article proposes a new approach for the enforcement of current-state opacity in signal interpreted Petri nets (SIPN). In order to enforce current-state opacity in SIPNs, the properties of iterative firing and simultaneous firing of transitions are considered. 摘要:For an infinite-horizon control problem, the optimal control can be represented by the stable manifold of the characteristic Hamiltonian system of Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman (HJB) equation in a semiglobal domain. 摘要:This article presents an innovative framework for passive fault-tolerant control (FTC) based on the Lyapunov redesign utilizing sliding mode controllers (SMC). The article introduces three schemes for passive FTC design. 摘要:This article presents a hybrid controller to stabilize a class of closed orbits for mechanical systems with degree of underactuation one. 摘要:In this article, we prove multiple criteria for the stability of switched discrete-time linear singular (SDLS) systems. First, we show that if the Lie algebra generated by the flow matrices associated with an SDLS system, consisting of stable subsystems, is solvable, then the SDLS system is globally uniformly exponentially stable.
