摘要:This paper investigates the impact of individuals' social ties at organizational entry on the formation of intraorganizational networks. 摘要:This paper proposes a distance-based characterization of age-related structural inertia as an increasing constraint on the speed of change as organizations age. 摘要:This study warns organizations against falling into an early success trap. The timing of initial success may lead organizations to divergent evolutionary paths as their experience at early ages has a greater consequence for their evolution than does their experience at later ages.
