  摘要：Achieving conformal, vapor-deposited perovskite films on industry-standard textured silicon substrates with micrometer-scale pyramids remains challenging because of the complex surface partitioning of perovskite vapors and the effects of nonequilibrium organic and inorganic vapor adsorption.
