摘要:In modeling disease transmission there is much emphasis on how many people are infected but less attention is paid to when the infections occur, and the unrealistic assumption of constant infectiousness is often made. We propose a missing data formulation that enables us to apply the ECME algorithm to estimate a discretized intensity function of an inhomogeneous Poisson process. 摘要:The k-nearest-neighbor (knn) procedure is a well-known deterministic method used in supervised classification.
