摘要：The UK Child Trust Fund (CTF), which came into effect in January 2005, appears to be an exemplary instance of 'asset-based welfare', of the redistribution of wealth rather than simply income. 摘要：International civil servants (ICS) are largely excluded from the analysis of International Organizations (IOs) because states are assumed to be the determining force in shaping their behaviour. 摘要：Associated with innovation in both democratic practice and service design, neighbourhoods are high on policy agendas across Europe. Drawing upon classic debates about size and devolution, the article identifies four distinct rationales for neighbourhood governance: civic, social, political and economic.
