摘要：The main contribution of this study is the identification of three modes of strategy for public agencies based on strategic thought in a corporate environment. 摘要：Health systems internationally have developed policies to support evidence-based health care (EBHC) for over a decade. As this article shows, the time is ripe to review current policy frameworks in an evidence-based manner.
