摘要：This article shows, for the first time, gendered patterns in the organization and composition of collegial executive institutions below the level of the cabinet. 摘要：Building on the policy feedback literature and the risk-based perspective of the welfare state, this study examines the causal link between policy and opinion in a non-democratic setting.
