摘要:This article develops a model predictive control (MPC) framework to co-optimize switching sequences and control inputs for switched linear systems subject to persistent dwell-time (PDT) constraints. 摘要:We introduce a novel definition of monotonicity, termed type-K in honor of Kamke, and study nonlinear type-K monotone dynamical systems possessing the plus-subhomogeneity property, which we call K-subtopical systems after Gunawardena and Keane. We show that type-K monotonicity, which is weaker than strong monotonicity, is also equivalent to monotonicity for smooth systems evolving in continuous-time but not in discrete-time. 摘要:In this article, we consider the distributed channel access problem for a system consisting of multiple control subsystems that close their loop over a shared wireless network with multiple channels subject to Markovian packet dropouts. Provided that an acknowledgement/ negative-acknowledgement feedback mechanism is in place, we show that this problem can be formulated as a Markov decision process. 摘要:In this article, we review different stability definitions that have been used in the literature concerning 2-D Roesser or Fornasini-Marchesini models: structural stability, asymptotic stability, and two different notions of exponential stability. We clarify the relations between all these definitions for the linear case: the two notions of exponential stability and structural stability are all equivalent and they imply asymptotic stability.

摘要:We develop an autonomous navigation algorithm for a robot operating in two-dimensional environments cluttered with obstacles having arbitrary convex shapes.
