摘要:In this article, we propose a tractable family of remainder-form mixed-monotone decomposition functions that are useful for overapproximating the image set of nonlinear mappings in reachability and estimation problems. 摘要:For networks of systems, with possibly improper transfer function matrices, we present a design framework that enables H-infinity control, while imposing sparsity constraints on the coprime factors of the controller. We propose a convex and iterative optimization procedure with guaranteed convergence to obtain distributed controllers. 摘要:The problem of finite-time stabilization of a linear plant with an optimization of both a settling time and an averaged/weighted control energy is studied using the concept of generalized homogeneity. It is shown that the optimal finite-time stabilizing control in this case can be designed by means of solving a simple linear algebraic equation. Robustness of the obtained control law is studied.

摘要:We develop a framework to quantify systemic risk measures in a class of wide-area-control (WAC) laws in power networks in the presence of noisy and time-delayed sensory data. A closed-form calculation of the risk of phase incoherence in interconnected power networks is presented, and the effect of network parameters, information flow in WAC architecture, statistics of noise, and time delays are characterized. 摘要:In this article, we present a stochastic model predictive control approach for discrete-time LTI systems subject to bounded parameteric uncertainty and potentially unbounded stochastic additive noise. 摘要:This work proposes an algorithm to bind the minimum distance between points on trajectories of a dynamical system and points on an unsafe set.
