摘要:In this article, the issue of adaptive control design with full error constraints for multi-input and multi-output nonlinear systems is investigated. By combining nonlinear filters and an adaptive back-stepping control scheme, a novel dynamic surface control (DSC) scheme is presented. Different from the DSC scheme with the traditional linear filter, the proposed DSC not only solves the inherent problem of computational complexity explosion, but also enhances the control property. In addition, ...

摘要:In this article, we design the distributed pinning controllers to globally stabilize a Boolean network (BN), especially a sparsely connected large-scale one, toward a preassigned subset of states through the node-to-node message exchange. Given an appointed set of states, system nodes are partitioned into two disjoint parts, whose states are, respectively, fixed or arbitrary with respect to the given state set. With such node division, three parts of pinned nodes are selected and the state fee...

摘要:For linearly constrained least-squares problems that depend on a vector of parameters, this article proposes techniques for reducing the number of involved optimization variables. After first eliminating equality constraints in a numerically robust way by QR factorization, we propose a technique based on singular value decomposition (SVD) and unsupervised learning, that we call $K$-SVD, and neural classifiers to automatically partition the set of parameter vectors in $K$ nonlinear regions in w...

摘要:We consider the distributed optimization to minimize a sum of smooth and strongly convex local objective functions over directed graphs. Using row-and column-stochastic weights, we propose a family of distributed momentum methods. It is a para-metric distributed momentum (PDM) method, for which different values of parameter can lead to different distributed momentum methods. PDM includes the distributed heavy-ball method (ABm) and the distributed Nesterov gradient method (ABN) as its special c...

摘要:In this article, we treat extended balancing for continuous-time linear time-invariant systems. We take a dissipativity perspective, thus, resulting in a characterization in terms of linear matrix inequalities. This perspective is useful for determining a priori error bounds. In addition, we address the problem of structure-preserving model reduction of the subclass of port-Hamiltonian systems. We establish sufficient conditions to ensure that the reduced-order model preserves a port-Hamiltoni...

摘要:In this article, a distributed observer is designed for the state reconstruction of continuous-time linear dynamical systems with unknown inputs. Specifically, a group of sensor nodes are employed to measure the output of such a system. Due to its limited measurement, a single node may fail to reconstruct the full state. By acting on a consensus cooperative strategy, however, each node can produce an accurate state estimate, regardless of the specific input signal. The attractive performance o...

摘要:This article aims to solve the multiobjective optimization control problem by investigating the consensus problem of multiagent simultaneous optimization with state and control dependent multiplicative noise. The main contributions of this work are two-fold. First, the optimal consensus control problem is solved by designing the free item of an optimal controller, and the coefficient of the feedback gain is obtained based on analyzing a parameterized generalized algebraic Riccati equation. Sec...

摘要:In this article, we consider the problem of remote state estimation of a Gauss-Markov process, where a sensor can, at each discrete time instant, transmit on one out of M different communication channels. A key difficulty of the situation at hand is that the channel statistics are unknown. We study the case where both learning of the channel reception probabilities and state estimation are carried out simultaneously. Methods for choosing the channels based on techniques for multi-armed bandits...

摘要:We revisit the recent gradient tracking algorithm for distributed consensus optimization from a control theoretic viewpoint. We show that the algorithm can be constructed by solving a servomechanism control problem stemming from the distributed implementation of a centralized gradient method. Moreover, we show that, if expressed in proper coordinates, the gradient tracking embeds an integral action fed by a signal related to the consensus error. Finally, we provide an alternative convergence a...

摘要:This article is concerned with the distributed moving-horizon estimation problem for linear discrete-time systems over wireless sensor networks. To reduce the communication burden, an event-triggered communication mechanism is proposed to govern the transmission of one-step predictions and measurements in each node. Under such a mechanism, a novel event-triggered distributed moving-horizon estimator is designed to deal with the state estimation problem subject to noise and state constraints. E...
