摘要:In this article, we introduce a fast row-stochastic decentralized algorithm, referred to as FRSD, to solve consensus optimization problems over directed communication graphs. The proposed algorithm only utilizes row-stochastic weights, leading to certain practical advantages in broadcast communication settings over those requiring column-stochastic weights. 摘要:Though policy evaluation error profoundly affects the direction of policy optimization and the convergence property, it is usually ignored in policy iteration methods. 摘要:The Bellman operator constitutes the foundation of dynamic programming (DP). An alternative is presented by the Gauss-Seidel operator, whose evaluation, differently from that of the Bellman operator where the states are all processed at once, updates one state at a time while incorporating into the computation the interim results.
