摘要:The purpose of this article is to study two-photon dynamics induced by the coherent feedback control of a cavity quantum electrodynamics (cavity-QED) system coupled to a waveguide. In this setup, the two-level system in the cavity can work as a photon source, and the photon emitted into the waveguide can reinteract with the cavity-QED system many times after the transmission and reflection in the waveguide, during which the feedback can tune the number of the photons in and out of the cavity. ...

摘要:Scalable pursuer coordination for reach-avoid games against a fast evader are developed leveraging coverage control over manifolds. The maintenance of a manifold, termed defense surface, prevents the evader and its target from occupying the same half-space and shown sufficient as a cooperative capture strategy. 摘要:In this article, we develop a novel contraction framework for the stability analysis of discrete-time nonlinear systems with parameters following stochastic processes. For general stochastic processes, we first provide a sufficient condition for uniform incremental exponential stability (UIES) in the first moment with respect to a Riemannian metric. 摘要:This article investigates the sensor bias fault detection and diagnosis problem for linear parabolic partial differential equation (PDE) systems under the existence of unknown input signals. 摘要:Maximal monotonicity is explored as a generalization of the linear theory of passivity, aiming at an algorithmic input/output analysis of physical models. The theory is developed for maximal monotone one-port circuits, formed by the series and parallel interconnection of basic elements. 摘要:We present a suboptimal economic model predictive control (MPC) algorithm that combines the strengths of two common suboptimal MPC approaches, one based on a warm-start and one based on an optimality gap.
