摘要:This paper evperimentally examines the determinants of the deviation between potential and realized value creation in strategic alliances. 摘要:Organizational scholars have highlighted the importance of interpretive ambivalence for mindfulness, creativity, and strategic change. 摘要:While mobility's effect on knowledge transfer to firms that hire mobile employees is well demonstrated, we choose to explore mobility's effect on knowledge transfer to firms that lose these employees. Focusing on this 'outbound mobility' allows its to isolate effects of social mechanisms associated with mobility.
