摘要:We examine a (large) manufacturer's bribery decision (to bribe or not to bribe) arising from a procurement auction under disparate corruption pressure when another (small) manufacturer is known to offer the auctioneer (i.e., the intermediary) a bribe in exchange for the right of first refusal. 摘要:A large body of literature has documented gender differences in prosocial behaviors, but little is known about the implications of different gender pairings of partner firm agents for supply chain performance. Using a production decision experiment which features asymmetric information and asymmetric risk sharing, we report three key findings. 摘要:We consider an inventory control problem with lost-sales in a shifting demand environment. Over a planning horizon of T periods, demand distributions can change up to O( log T) times, but the firm does not know the demand distributions before or after each change, the time periods when changes occur, or the number of changes.
