摘要:This study presents a conceptual model of when and how knowledge demonstrability and superordinate social identity impact the likelihood that organizations capitalize on their knowledge resources. 摘要:We develop a framework that provides a general theoretical rationale for the claim made by several authors that combining opposing action strategies fosters team innovation.
