Call for MENTORS for the EEA MinE Mentoring Programme

  • 时间:2026-03-06

EEA's MinE Committee is launching a new mentoring programme for graduate students and early-career researchers who identify as a minority in economics. This includes, but is not limited to, ethnic minorities in Europe , LGBTQ+ individuals, and people with disabilities.

We welcome mentors from academia, governments, and the private sector who are keen and able to contribute their time to mentor junior colleagues. Note that junior economists could both be a mentor and a mentee, such as by mentoring a PhD student while having a senior economist as a mentor. Mentoring could cover areas such as professional development, research, or how to navigate being a minority in profession. If you are interested in being a mentor, please fill in the form below. We will be advertising a call for mentees at a later stage.

Fill in form here (you will need to be logged into your EEA membership profile to fill it out)

The deadline to apply for the mentoring programme as a mentor is Monday, March 23, 2026.
