Title: Supply and Installation of O&M Furniture, Dormitory facility at Mandale Depot and Line 2B Stations.
1. MMMOCL has received financing from the New Development Bank (NDB) towards the cost of “Supply and Installation of furniture goods for the Mumbai Metro Line 2B and Mandale Metro Depot, Mumbai.”, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of the financing to payments under the Loan/Grant No above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of NDB.

3. Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with NDB’s single stage three envelope procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in bidding document.
4. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the bidding document may participate in this bidding.
5. Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
5.1 Experience and Past Performance: The bidder should have successfully completed similar works/services over the last four years i.e. the current financial year and the last three financial years ending 31st March 2025 as follows:
5.1.1 At least one similar completed work/service costing not less than an amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost of the tender or,
5.1.2 At least two similar completed works/services each costing not less than an amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost of the tender or,
5.1.3 At least three similar completed works/services each costing not less than an amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost of the tender.
Definition of Similar Work: Works involving supply and installation of furniture.
Bidders shall submit the copies of end user performance certificates along with bid as a supporting document from the client side proving successful supply and installation.
