A computational scheme is given for moments of samples from normal universes. The algebraic methods of C. C. Craig, rather than the combinatorial techniques of R. A. Fisher, are used. Economy of expression is achieved through the extensive use of primals and systematic methods of calculation involving these quantities are developed. A set of checks, partial or complete, is given for every stage of the computational schema.
