Output feedback control of switched nonlinear planar systems (SNPSs) with quantized after being sampled information under arbitrary switchings is mainly investigated. Output signals are sampled by meticulously constructed switched dynamic event-triggered mechanisms (SDE-TMs). Then, the sampled information is further quantized by logarithmic quantizer, transmitted by network and converted to analog signals by a zero-order holder. Just leveraging this quantized-after-sampled information, switched observers are constructed elaborately to estimate the unmeasurable state. Combining the formerly constructed switched observers with the state feedback stabilizers that are deliberately designed by utilizing adding a power integrator technique, event-triggered output feedback control strategy is proposed to make SNPSs asymptotically stable. The technological innovation of the method presented in this article lies in the construction of the novel SDE-TMs with the exclusion of Zeno behavior and the ingenious switching observers that can estimate unobservable state with only incomplete information. Simulations are presented to illustrate the efficiency of our approach.
