From time to time, we need reminding that organizational strategies and phenomena come in complex I packages. This study focussed on collaboration in the interorganizational domain. It presents evidence that suggests that collaboration may not always be a desirable strategy for solving joint issues among organizations and that conflict may not be a negative factor in their exchanges.
