摘要

In this study, routine task responsibilities and professional organization memberships had positive effects on the professional commitment of medical technologists in the first four years of their careers, but advanced professional research activities had a negative effect. I obtained these results after controlling for a set of initial attitude, personal background, organizational context, and professional socialization variables.
